Relationships and sex sexual health contentHaving sex is about making choices. We choose our partners. We choose when we are ready to have sex and we choose what we do and don’t want to do.
 
Whatever age you are, you shouldn’t have sex until you feel ready (although the legal age is 16). You should not feel pressured into doing it.
 
When you are ready, make sure that you choose to do it the safest way.
