If you are already following our exercise tips for you, there’s no reason why you shouldn’t get your children involved in your routine.
It’s important to make sure that your kids don’t become couch potatoes. It’s always an easy option to sit them in front of the TV or let them play computer games or surf the web whilst you get on with what you need to do, but it isn’t the healthy option.
