Answering tricky questions

Children - communicatingChildren are naturally inquisitive and if they want to know something, they’ll ask.

Quite often, parents are unsure how to handle certain questions and parents are often the ones who end up feeling embarrassed, not knowing what to say. You may have already attempted the ‘ask your mother’ or ‘ask your father’ approach.

The Raising Kids website has an ‘ask the expert’ section which you may find helpful and it gives good advice on how to answer certain questions, such as ‘how are babies made?’
