Adopting a child
Many different kinds of people become adopters. Some are unable to have birth children and seek to become parents through adoption. Others may already have children but have a lot more to offer a child who needs a secure and loving family unit. Can anyone adopt a child?
You need to be over 21 to adopt a child and undergo a number of thorough checks including medical examinations and criminal records.
