Voluntary organisations and statutory agencies are working together to protect children and young people to make sure they are safe and well.Knowsley Council for Voluntary Service (KCVS) is actively involved in supporting the Change for Children programme as a member of the children and young people’s partnership board.
KCVS supports voluntary and community organisations in Knowsley by providing a range of services and resources including:

- funding advice
- training
- IT advice and support
- volunteer development
- information and reference library
- newsletters
- room hire
