This interactive multi-agency event is part of an ongoing series of workshops designed to disseminate the national, regional and local learning from Serious Case Reviews and Management Reviews to frontline staff.    The half day events are aimed at front line practitioners and their managers who will work, and learn, with their colleagues from other agencies on scenarios, whilst also providing an opportunity to challenge an ‘expert panel’ on topics including CAF, Early Intervention and Compromised Care.

In order to ensure that learning is disseminated widely across frontline practitioners there is a requirement that participants cascade the learning to their colleagues.

Learning Outcomes:

• To disseminate recommendations from national, regional and local  Serious Case Reviews and Management Reviews to managers and practitioners
• To highlight revisions in the KSCB Multi-Agency Safeguarding Children Procedures
