Every Child Matters - Change for Children
This is a new approach to the well-being of children and young people from birth to age 19.
The programme places better outcomes for children firmly at the centre of all policies and approaches involving children's services. These outcomes are:
- Be healthy
- Stay safe
- Enjoy and achieve through learning
- Make a positive contribution to society
- Achieve economic well-being
The programme demands that all organisations that provide services to children work together in more integrated and effective ways.

This website has been developed as part of the Every Child Matters project and aims to provide children and young people in Knowsley with access to the right kind of information when it comes to youth matters. It also includes a section for parents and carers which higlights useful information on a range of issues that you may face as a parent, as well as signposting you to organisations and advice services in Knowsley.
